Dr. David Eleff, Otolaryngologist at ENT Family

David Eleff, MD

ENT Family Co-founder

Dr. David Eleff graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science from Excelsior College. He went on to earn his medical degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine, where he was honored with induction into the prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. He then completed a rigorous five-year residency in Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery at University of Miami, training at a Level I trauma center and gaining extensive experience in both routine and complex ENT care. He capped off his training serving as chief resident, where he helped lead departmental research initiatives and foster academic excellence among residents and medical students.

Over the past four years, Dr. Eleff has cared for more than 15,000 patients across South Florida and proudly serves patients throughout the HCA Florida Aventura Hospital, Memorial Healthcare System, and Broward hospital communities. His mission is simple yet deeply personal: to bring humanity back into healthcare by creating a patient experience built on empathy, accessibility, communication, and trust. He believes every patient deserves to feel heard, respected, and cared for like family.

Beyond medicine, Dr. Eleff is a proud father of four, an avid tennis player, a dedicated Orangetheory Fitness enthusiast, and a self-proclaimed grill master known for cooking a mean steak. Whether in the office, hospital, or operating room, his passion remains the same — delivering exceptional, patient-centered ENT care while making healthcare feel more personal, compassionate, and human.

Rachel Eleff, NP

ENT Family Co-founder

Rachel Eleff is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with more than 11 years of experience in the medical field. Throughout her academic career, she graduated at the top of her class, earning Valedictorian honors, graduating Magna Cum Laude with her BSN, and later completing her FNP degree while being recognized as Nurse of the Year for the entire hospital at Memorial Regional South.

Rachel began her nursing career at Cleveland Clinic before spending five years working within the Memorial Hospital system. After experiencing firsthand the strengths and shortcomings of traditional healthcare systems, Rachel and her husband Dr. David Eleff were inspired to create something different — an ENT practice in Hollywood centered on compassion, connection, and truly personalized care.

Together, they opened their practice with the mission of “Bringing Humanity Back into Healthcare.” Over the past four years, they have grown the practice to 25 + employees while continuing to prioritize their family, faith, health, and relationship along the way.

Rochel enjoys CrossFit, implementing strategic systems within the practice, and continually developing her leadership skills. Above all, she strives to lead by example for both her family and clinical team every day.

Marielle, a passionate traveler, artist, and gardener, finds great joy in working for ENT Family. With a background in education, she brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her role. Marielle's dedication to patient care is evident as she strives to go the extra mile for every individual she encounters.

Marielle states that she feels honored to be a part of the ENT Family and is committed to furthering her education while continuing to excel in her position as a patient ambassador. Marielle's enthusiasm, empathy, and commitment to personalized treatment make her a valuable member of the team.

Karilina a certified medical coder with over 8 years of experience, is a valued member of the ENT Family team. After taking time off to be a full-time mom to her two children, she was fortunate to find a position with the organization. Karilina's expertise in medical coding ensures accurate documentation and billing processes.

Outside of work, she finds joy in painting and camping, with the Florida Keys being a favorite destination. Her dedication to her profession and her love for artistic pursuits and the outdoors make her a well-rounded
individual, contributing to her overall fulfillment and growth as a person.

Gayenne, Medical Assistant at ENT Family.

Gayenne has been a Medical assistant for over 15 years with experience working alongside many great physicians. After taking time off to be a stay-at-home mom and build her business, she quickly got back into the medical field and joined the ENT Family to gain further experience.

Outside of work, she enjoys writing music, and poetry and is a travel
singer/ performer. Gayenne is honored to be a part of the ENT Family
to grow in this specialty and learn as much as she can with such
an awesome team.

With over three years of experience in similar roles, Scarlet understands the importance of clear communication, effective scheduling, and multitasking in any office. Grateful for the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals in specialized fields, she is dedicated to improving patient health and making our Spanish-speaking patients feel welcomed and cared for.

Apart from her work, she is a language student who aspires to become a polyglot soon currently focusing on French and German. She also loves acting, painting, sketching, film and arts which has given her an eye for detail, which she believes will be useful in this role.

As a passionate advocate for patient care, she collaborates with ENT Family, leveraging her skills and knowledge to enhance their services.

Beyond her professional life, Jheyce is a family-oriented individual who finds joy in connecting with loved ones. She loves to bond with her family and friends by playing card and board games at home every weekend. She also loves to dance and travel to have some time to reflect on the things that brings her joy.

Rose is a Cum Laude graduate from De La Salle Lipa with a degree in BSBA, majoring in Financial Management. With previous experience as a Financial Analyst, she is excited to bring her expertise and passion for organization to her new role as an Executive Assistant at ENT Family. Her experience managing data, streamlining operations, and making informed decisions — all of which are essential in supporting executives and ensuring the smooth operations of the team. As she steps into the Executive Assistant role, her financial expertise will complement her passion for helping others and managing day-to-day operations.

Outside of work, she’s a proud fur mom to four dogs. She enjoys watching action films, Korean dramas, and listening to music.

Vanessa, a Medical Assistant and senior in college pursuing a Bachelor of Science, is excited to join ENT Family. She aspires to become a Physician Assistant in the future and is passionate about providing exceptional patient care. With a strong background in patient care and a passion for helping others, Vanessa brings compassion, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence to her role.

Outside of work, Vanessa stays involved with the community by participating in multiple clubs and hosting events at school. She also enjoys traveling and spending time with family. Whether managing high call volumes or handling detailed documentation, she is committed to efficiency, clarity, and compassionate service.

Outside of work, she enjoys listening to music and watching movies. She also loves unwinding with a good grocery shopping trip - it’s her little escape. Once in a while, she likes visiting coffee shops with her sisters to relax and catch up.

I’m truly grateful for the opportunity to grow within the medical field and deepen my clinical experience as I work toward my long-term goal of becoming a Physician Assistant. Whether she is explaining out-of-pocket costs to a family or coordinating directly with insurance providers, Yna’s goal is to ensure every patient has total clarity and peace of mind.

She is truly honored to be part of the ENT Family, where your well-being is our top priority. Driven by a patient-centric approach, Yna prioritizes compassion, empathy, and open communication to help create the warm and supportive environment our patients rely on while finding relief from their conditions.

Outside of the office, Yna’s world revolves around her daughter, and she treasures the quality time they spend together. To stay energized and keep her creative spirit alive, she also loves to spend her free time singing and dancing!

Caitlyn Montero, Au.D

Audiologist

Dr. Montero earned her Doctorate in Audiology from Nova Southeastern University in 2022, graduating with highest honors. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Florida Atlantic University in 2017, where she graduated magna cum laude. She completed her clinical residency at South Florida ENT Associates where she gained extensive experience in audiological diagnostic testing, amplification, electrophysiology and vestibular evaluation and rehabilitation.

Dr. Montero has experience in a variety of clinical settings, including adult and pediatric ENT practices, a university clinic, and private practice. She has also served as a clinical preceptor and instructor for audiology graduate students and is a member of the American Academy of Audiology. As a south Florida native, Dr. Montero enjoys spending her free time outdoors with her rescue dog. She is dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality patient care.
