Dr. David Eleff, Otolaryngologist at ENT Family

David Eleff, MD

ENT Family Co-founder

Dr. David Eleff graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science from Excelsior College. He went on to earn his medical degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine in Cleveland, Ohio, where he was honored with induction into the prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha (AOA) Medical Honor Society. He then completed a rigorous five-year residency in Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery at a Level I trauma center at the University of Miami, gaining extensive experience in both routine and complex ENT care. He capped his training off with a final year serving as chief resident in charge of ensuring rigorous research and academic excellence amongst the entire department.

Beyond his medical career, Dr. Eleff is a proud father of four, a passionate tennis player, and a self-proclaimed steak master. His greatest professional passion lies in delivering exceptional, patient-centered care. He is committed to simplifying the healthcare experience and restoring humanity to medicine treating each patient with the same dedication and respect he would offer his own family.

Rachel Eleff, Nurse Practitioner & Co-Founder of ENT Family

Rachel Eleff, NP

Rachel Eleff graduated from Bryant & Stratton College in Cleveland, Ohio with a degree in nursing while earning unanimous inclusion on the Dean's List each semester and culminating as Valedictorian. She went on to complete her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) at Excelsior College Magna Cum Laude. She obtained her master's in Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) from Walden University while simultaneously earning the Nurse of the Year award for the entire hospital at Memorial Regional South.

Rachel is a mother of four little ones and still manages to be a regular at her CrossFit box. Rachel's hobbies include party planning, creating spreadsheets, and drinking coffee with family and friends.

Marielle, Patient Ambassador at ENT Family

Marielle, a passionate traveler, artist, and gardener, finds great joy in working for ENT Family. With a background in education, she brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her role. Marielle's dedication to patient care is evident as she strives to go the extra mile for every individual she encounters.

Marielle states that she feels honored to be a part of the ENT Family and is committed to furthering her education while continuing to excel in her position as a patient ambassador. Marielle's enthusiasm, empathy, and commitment to personalized treatment make her a valuable member of the team.

Karilina a certified medical coder with over 8 years of experience, is a valued member of the ENT Family team. After taking time off to be a full-time mom to her two children, she was fortunate to find a position with the organization. Karilina's expertise in medical coding ensures accurate documentation and billing processes.

Outside of work, she finds joy in painting and camping, with the Florida Keys being a favorite destination. Her dedication to her profession and her love for artistic pursuits and the outdoors make her a well-rounded
individual, contributing to her overall fulfillment and growth as a person.

Gayenne, Medical Assistant at ENT Family.

Gayenne has been a Medical assistant for over 15 years with experience working alongside many great physicians. After taking time off to be a stay-at-home mom and build her business, she quickly got back into the medical field and joined the ENT Family to gain further experience.

Outside of work, she enjoys writing music, and poetry and is a travel
singer/ performer. Gayenne is honored to be a part of the ENT Family
to grow in this specialty and learn as much as she can with such
an awesome team.

Whether it's scheduling appointments, managing records, or greeting patients with a warm smile, Catherine ensures the front desk operates smoothly and efficiently.

Outside of work, she finds joy in baking delicious treats. From classic chocolate chip cookies to intricate cakes, she loves experimenting with flavors and techniques in the kitchen as it allows her to unwind, express creativity, and share the warmth of homemade goodies with friends and family.

As a Bachelor of Science in Nursing graduate with nine years of enriching experience in the healthcare industry, Mark thrives at the intersection of compassion and expertise. His journey is rooted in a commitment to holistic patient care, blending clinical proficiency with a deep understanding of administrative intricacies. One of his key strengths lies in navigating the authorization process seamlessly, ensuring patients receive timely and essential treatments.

Outside of work, Mark finds joy in watching movies and cherishing moments spent with family. Whether it's a cozy movie night at home or an outing to the theater, these moments are treasured respites from the hustle and bustle of daily life.

With over three years of experience in similar roles, Scarlet understands the importance of clear communication, effective scheduling, and multitasking in any office. Grateful for the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals in specialized fields, she is dedicated to improving patient health and making our Spanish-speaking patients feel welcomed and cared for.

Apart from her work, she is a language student who aspires to become a polyglot soon currently focusing on French and German. She also loves acting, painting, sketching, film and arts which has given her an eye for detail, which she believes will be useful in this role.

Karina Castro, a bright and driven 23-year-old Social Media Consultant, brings a unique blend of healthcare experience and digital marketing expertise to our team. With a Bachelor's degree in Health Science from UCF and experience as a medical scribe, Karina possesses a deep understanding of patient care and the healthcare landscape. This background allows her to craft compelling and effective social media strategies that resonate with our target audience.

Her passion for patient care, coupled with her creative talents in painting and makeup, fuels her innovative approach to social media. In her free time, Karina enjoys exploring new cultures through travel.

Jheyce

Jheyce excels in creating positive patient experiences within the healthcare industry. With nearly two years of expertise, she has consistently delivered exceptional phone support, ensuring long-term resolutions and exceeding patient satisfaction. As a passionate advocate for patient care, she collaborates with ENT Family, leveraging her skills and knowledge to enhance their services.

Beyond her professional life, Jheyce is a family-oriented individual who finds joy in connecting with loved ones. She loves to bond with her family and friends by playing card and board games at home every weekend. She also loves to dance and travel to have some time to reflect on the things that brings her joy.

Maidelys Rohan completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) at the University of Florida and later, her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) at the University of South Florida. From a young age, she has enjoyed helping others, especially in times of sickness or need. She feels honored to be part of the compassionate team at ENT Family and looks forward to helping her patients.

In her spare time, you can find Maidelys making one of her famous Spanish omelet or drinking boba tea. She loves to be in nature and enjoys playing badminton and a good game of Scrabble. She is the mom of 3 beautiful children and a proud wife to a loving and supportive husband.

Rose is a Cum Laude graduate from De La Salle Lipa with a degree in BSBA, majoring in Financial Management. With previous experience as a Financial Analyst, she is excited to bring her expertise and passion for organization to her new role as an Executive Assistant at ENT Family. Her experience managing data, streamlining operations, and making informed decisions — all of which are essential in supporting executives and ensuring the smooth operations of the team. As she steps into the Executive Assistant role, her financial expertise will complement her passion for helping others and managing day-to-day operations.

Outside of work, she’s a proud fur mom to four dogs. She enjoys watching action films, Korean dramas, and listening to music.

Gene’s organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to collaborate effectively with the healthcare team ensure that the office runs smoothly, providing patients with the best care possible while working seamlessly with the ENT team.

Beyond her work hours, Gene enjoys reading, spending quality time with her family, and traveling whenever she has the opportunity to explore new places.

A type of person who does her work with initiative, resourcefulness and the greatest amount of human perfection possible. Kaye has been working diligently to provide world-class service as a virtual assistant. She is thrilled to have found a supportive new family with ENT Family, where she feels home, valued and excited to contribute to the business to it’s long term success. With an ingredients of passion and dedication, she always look forward to the positive sides of things while enjoying working un the comfort of home.

Outside the virtual work, she is a mom of 3 while taking care of herself by going to the gym and explores what she love by traveling with her family.

Cindy has spent her entire career in the medical field, bringing years of dedication and experience to the team. Cindy began her career working in a hospital pharmacy for three years before finding her home in the ENT field, where she’s remained ever since.

Born and raised in North Miami Beach, she is married, with two children, and enjoys boating and traveling in her free time.

Outside of work, Sofia enjoys traveling with friends and family, hitting the bowling lanes, and exploring matcha cafes on her hunt for the perfect cup.

Six

Six is a Hotel Management graduate who started his career in hospitality and service but later followed his passion for creativity. For almost six years, he’s been helping clients with digital marketing, mainly through design and video editing—work he truly enjoys. He believes there’s plenty of growth and fun to be found in the creative space.

He’s excited to join the ENT Family as a Digital Content Creator and contribute to meaningful projects with a team that values ideas and collaboration.

Outside of work, Von loves spending time with his cats, cooking, working out, watching anime, reading manga, and enjoying nature to recharge and find peace.

Tina is dedicated to creating a welcoming environment for patients and ensuring they receive the support and care they need. Her commitment to patient satisfaction and her experience in the healthcare field make her a valuable addition to the team.

Outside of work, Christina enjoys cooking, especially Asian cuisine and loves sharing her recipes with family and friends. She is a proud mother and lives with her daughter.

Cy is a Cum Laude graduate from the University of Batangas with a degree in BSBA, majoring in Financial Management. She has held roles in reporting, data analysis, financial reporting, and content management in leading global firms, building a strong foundation in corporate governance, process optimization, and compliance.

Her expertise in managing information, ensuring accuracy, coordinating across teams, and handling time-sensitive deliverables translates seamlessly into her role as an Executive Assistant, where organization, attention to detail, and proactive communication are key.

Outside of work, she is a proud fur mom to her cats and enjoys spending quality “me time” to relax and recharge.

Outside of work, Vanessa stays involved with the community by participating in multiple clubs and hosting events at school. She also enjoys traveling and spending time with family. She looks forward to building meaningful connections with patients and supporting the ENT Family’s mission to provide exceptional care.

Whether managing high call volumes or handling detailed documentation, she is committed to efficiency, clarity, and compassionate service.

Outside of work, she enjoys listening to music and watching movies. She also loves unwinding with a good grocery shopping trip - it’s her little escape. Once in a while, she likes visiting coffee shops with her sisters to relax and catch up.
